Using language and proven skills rooted in spiritual discernment and personal empowerment, participants will discuss their deeper calling within their career and organization and craft individual purpose statements. They will then collaborate with facilitators and peers in order to use these purpose statements to identify specific action items that they will be able to integrate into their freelance business practices.
