Office bodies are a real thing. Achy necks, low backs, wrists, tight hamstrings, weak glutes are all part of the package. In this experiential workshop we'll dive into how to make the most out of your freedom from the typical office setting, helping you to be more productive, more active, and unwind your "office body" without taking up time in your busy schedule or spending a fortune.

We will address
- Why our current way of looking at exercise isn't working
- How our habits and habitat (the every day stuff) shape our bodies
- Easy ways to start making small changes that lead to big shifts in how you look, feel, and function everyday
- How to create a dynamic work station that works for you
- Corrective exercises to sit, stand, and move better no matter where you are working
- How to boost your creativity and energy levels at work

You've gotten out of the typical office set up, now let's get rid of that "office body" and start feeling great.
